Hunting the species

Nubian Ibex

Native to North Africa and the Middle East, this one of the most handsome specie if Ibex is a much sought-after trophy. Weighing in at 120-150 pounds and sporting a pair of scimitar shaped horns that are interspersed with nots, they are unmistakable at first sight. Hunting these wary goats will be by spot and stalk or sitting at blinds overlooking feeding areas. A flat shooting rifle of 6MM and larger is suggested with shot ranges averaging 100-250 yards.
